Hello Mark,

We have developed an Ant task for SFX archives creation.
Documentation (includes usage examples) is available here:

Ant task support library located in EPP CVS project 
org.eclipse.epp.sfx.archive.ant at /lib/archive-ant-support-lib.jar

We suggest you to use SFX archive creation tool as Ant task because it 
is more handy for developers than comandline tool with XML-based archive 
definition.
