Re: [epp-dev] CC / status update - meeting minutes

Participants: Andrey, Dan, Ian, Markus

** Status update:

 * Installer
   - version from CVS should compile based on PDE (AI Markus: check it)
   - IPzilla Status:
       CQ 1536 - com.ice.jni.registry - approved
       CQ 1395 - Installer - approved
   - ...please add missing information...

 * Packages
   - the 4 packages based on Eclipse 3.3 M7 were made available,
     this week: builds against Europa RC1 are running for 3 packages
   - starting with builds agains Europa RC2 next week (2007-06-04)
   - goal: availablitiy of complete packages in time for all
     Europa Release Candidates
   - Visual Editor: status unknown (AI Ian)
   - Mylar (PDE dependency): status must be checked with RC2 (AI Markus)
   - XML separation from WTP: status unknown (AI Ian)

** This and that...

 * Europa is coming soon; we need a detailed planning for the next weeks
   AI: Markus - draft plan
 * The project got some bad press and the communication within the project
   must be improved; e.g. I was unable to get feedback about the installer
   status before my vacation.
   We will have short status calls every Thursday from now on.
 * Project review, release review: What do we have to do before Europa?
   (AI Ian)

Please put additional items to the minutes - I didn't take notes yesterday, so
I am sure that I missed something important!

Markus
