[epf-dev] Result: architecture principle vote

Hi all,

We have a new formulation for describing OpenUP's core architecture
principle:

"Focus on the architecture early to minimize risks and organize development"

Seven out of eleven participants have voted for this suggestion.
I assumed that everybody engaged in the project are welcome to vote, not
only current committers. However, the majority of the voters were
committers.

Thanks everyone. This bug should now be resolved.
