[epf-dev] General (overarching) Content Alignment Review Complete for Op

The alignment review of the general (overarching) content is complete and issues have been added to Bugzilla. For those that are interested, please take a look. As a reminder, the review is to:
* Removing content that doesn’t apply to small agile teams
* Removing excessive content that small teams are not likely to read or use
* Identifying more examples and guidance that would benefit small teams
* Align disciplines with other areas of OpenUP (e.g. using the WIL)
* General comments on discipline practices
