hiho, Jim Ruehlin did a deep review of the requirements discipline
in OpenUP/Basic 0.9. At 8am PST on Monday, November 20 we will have a one-hour conference
call to discuss his review findings and come up with a plan for what it will
take to get the process content in this discipline to a state appropriate for

responsible for managing that package of content. All committers,
contributors, and interested parties are invited. Jim has created a number of bugs based on his review and
