[epf-dev] Resolving open/deferred PM bugs

Hi,

we have 6 deferred PM bugs. Below you
find my recommendations for each bug. In general, I think we need to keep
the process small. Only add stuff if it is really crucial. Please  comment.
Any takers on writing content?
