This is what I see in the installation
folder for RTC. When I open ECIPSEPRODUCT file. I get 
version=6.0.2
name=Team Concert
id=com.ibm.team.concert.product

When I go to RTC - About installation
and select installation details I get

Kay O'Riordan

IBM
UrbanCode
Cork, Ireland

I have no clue to which Eclipse platform version Rational
Team Concert 6.0.2 corresponds.
Can you provide the configuration ?

In an open source Eclipse that's usually here 
Eclipse > About Eclipse > Installation Details >
Configuration
not sure if it's the same for Rational Team Concert
