I have no clue to which Eclipse platform version Rational Team Concert 6.0.2 corresponds.

Can you provide the configuration ?

In an open source Eclipse that's usually here

Eclipse > About Eclipse > Installation Details > Configuration

not sure if it's the same for Rational Team Concert
