Re: [eclipse.org-planning-council] Draft Neon+1 Names for the Poll

Yep, now working here too. Looks good. Didn't try to vote for only a
few items and leave the rest at 10th place... is that doable or does
the system REQUIRE ranking all 10 options?

Which completion rule are we using? Changing that to a different value
(Condorcet-IRV) 3-way tie, where all the others return a 2-way tie.
