Re: [eclipse.org-planning-council] Draft Neon+1 Names for the Poll

Actually, I just voted again on my cellphone (using wifi so it SHOULD
have had the same IP) and was able to submit a vote with two entries
at 4th and 4 entries at 10th rank.

(Then repeated the experiment with my 3G network to confirm it was
submitted successfully.)

Is that behaviour expected? Should we have multiple entries for the same rank?
