Yes I think this is a good idea.   Next week I will distribute a draft agenda.  If anyone has other ideas, please let me know.

Some people have told me they have conflicts on the Wednesday morning.  Unfortunately this is the only time we can get a room, so we will have to proceed with having it on Wednesday from 9:00-12:00.
