Since I cast my vote, I believe she fits all these and more. I don't
take nominations lightly and believe a strong Architecture Council is
vital to the success of Eclipse.

On a side note, we could have a more formal process on nominating
members before we call votes.

I agree that the Eclipse Architecture Council is nearing its size
limit. Have we thought of establishing inactive/active members? Or
something similar to the committer emeritus program? I believe the
most useful thing the Eclipse Architecture Council does is mentor
projects. Those who don't mentor projects and sit on the council
should think about mentoring projects. I know that we are able to
retire members after their term is over and they are inactive [1].
