[ecf-dev] failure of R-HEAD-sdk.feature

 Hi Folks,

For those that are familiar with the Hudson/Buckminster builder...the 
R-HEAD-sdk.feature build seems to fail and I think it has something to 
do with the signing/post actual build process, but I can't tell for 
sure.  Here's an example recent failed build:

Note the continuous and nightly head sdk builds are just fine (it's not 
an ECF source code or target platform issue)...and that's another reason 
why I suspect the signing process.

If this is the signing process...it has been failing for a while 
now...is there something about the EF signing process that changed?  or 
is no longer working?
