I was looking into Bug 378845

Is there a reason why all perspectives aren't loaded into the model immediately? (say through a PerspectiveToModelProcessor setting ToBeRendered=false)

From a pure e4 sense, should the 'Available command groups' be a list of the different command categories / contribution items / both? (see bug)
