I think we should consider a round of removing inactive committers in e4. While they would always be welcome back if they had interest, there are names in this list who have never contributed, or they work on projects that have since moved out of e4 (e.g., Orion). Removing committers doesn't require a committer vote but I thought I should bring it up here in case there are comments or objections.
