That file is definitely there.

Maybe you're being re-directed to a mirror that has temporarily removed that file ... I'm not sure how to check where your metadata info is coming from.

The indigo site is found in Version 3.7.0 and not found in 4.1M6 on the same machines.
Is it possible that 4.1 is altering the url somehow?
Can you point me to the code that is handling the download of artifacts in 4.1 ?
