2 of the test suites failed because the directory couldn't install
some features locally, I'm tracking this with
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=261351

But I was able to install the same features using the repository URL,
so the content is good (it might have been a transient problem).  This
build includes the new source features, and the update repo shows our
4 (read-able :-) categories.
