[dtp-pmc] Petition for checkin of BZ 189023, 189060, 191460, and 191462

Hi,
        Here're
some bugs in SQL Dev Tools which we'd like to ask for DTP PMC's approval
to checkin:

189023: TVT33:TCT409: fi: Not all controls
fit in New SQL file dialog
This is identified by the translation
tester as "must fix"

189060 The attached profile changes
when connectig/disconnecting another profile
This bug is annoying when user are working
with multiple connection profiles.

191460 Editable state of "Run:"
text control in launch configuration is not correctly updated
This would confuse the user

191462 Cannot edit sql template
This serious bug prevents user from
editing the templates

All the patch files are included in
each BZ entry. Thanks in advance!
