[dtp-dev] New WTP parity plugins for 151763 and 151764 checked in to sql

FYI, I've checked in three new plugins
into the SQLTools project to support the "WTP parity" features
for DTP 1.0 RC2.  The plugins are:

org.eclipse.datatools.sqltools.data.core
 (bugzilla 151763)
org.eclipse.datatools.sqltools.data.ui
  (bugzilla 151763)
org.eclipse.datatools.sqltools.tabledataeditor
  (bugzilla 151764)

These plugins contain features ported
from the WTP (Web Tools Project) RDB component.  The porting work
was done by Quy On and Loic Julien of IBM.
