This type of question is probably better asked in the user's newsgroup (see http://www.eclipse.org/dsdp/mtj/news.php)  This mailing list is for the development of MTJ.  You will need to collect the exception information from the workspace log file and post it to the newsgroup for a better answer about what is going on.
