RES: [dsdp-mtj-dev] MTJ only on Galileo

I had some discussions with Christian about it.

one option to keep the Ganymede support is to add like a development
build that is based on Ganymede. This build will only build mtj specific
code (no pulsar) and we can execute it weekly to make sure all code that
is there runs on Ganymede.

With that approach we can continue to run the official mtj build against
Galileo which make our life easier on the build environment.

I agree with Craig, N-1 support is "very nice to have" feature, and we
should keep Ganymede builds for now.

Please note, this is relevant for the "non-Pulsar" plug-ins, not the
quick-install view etc. I'm fine if the Pulsar specific code has
dependencies on Galileo.
