[dsdp-mtj-dev] New MTJ bugzilla inbox

Hi mtj,

We just modified the bugzilla default owner to be a separated MTJ inbox,
dsdp.mtj-inbox@xxxxxxxxxxx. Anyone will be able to watch that mtj inbox
and get notified of all bugs and changes on the bugs.

I would also like all committers to watch for that inbox. This is a good
mechanism to communicate all change requests on MTJ code. 

Diego is updating MTJ web site with information about that inbox and
will send later an email about it
