Hadn't really noticed that before. Yes, the base package is *usually* the same name as the plugin name. JFace is a notable exception.
- Where do we put the 'internal' "node" of the package name?
Do you mean the eclipse keyword 'intnernal'? I think the use of that is much more conventional, and should follow "org.eclipse.dali". For instance, in the org.eclipse.dali.core plugin, there would be packages starting with "org.eclipse.dali.core" and "org.eclipse.dali.internal.core". (and maybe "org.eclipse.dali.provisional.core"?)
