Neil,

Yes, we wanted to migrate to DTP, but
were advised that there were a lot of changes. Since 1.5 is only 6 months
after 1.0, our adopters would not be able to react to the changes. We will
migrate next release.

Arthur,

I think we have decided to target our current development iteration at
the WTP 1.0 stream, which will complete early in February.  From there,
we will start to work and build against the 1.5 stream. 

Related to DTP migration, I was not aware the WTP had decided to 
continue to support the RDB component for 1.5 and not migrate to DTP.  I
thought this was part of the plan for 1.5, but I guess that has changed?
