[dali-dev] Nomination for committer status: Dirk le Roux

I would like to nominate Dirk le Roux for Dali committer status.  He has 
proven his committer abilities in his work with the WTP and JSR220-ORM 
projects.  In addition, he has demonstrated significant knowledge in the 
area of O-R mapping, and understands the challenges of the related 
tooling.  He will be a valuable addition to the Dali development team.
