Yes, both the User Guide and the Developer's Guide should be completed for M3. Note that Rich can create the guides with gaps in the content but I'd really like for the bulk of this to be done for milestone 3. (The Eclipse Quality guidelines, http://www.eclipse.org/projects/dev_process/eclipse-quality.php , state that incomplete content is acceptable in milestones but not in releases.)

Is the User Guide supposed to be completed for M3?  I notice that many sections are still missing content....

Yes, the list is accurate.  Did you get it from the input to the user's guide?  Perhaps the only thing that needs to be added is a bullet to point out the data center example.


I believe Mark was wanting to reply on any further synergy between SML, COSMOS, and CML, so I will defer on your 2nd question, besides mentioni ng that CML will be expressed using SML.
