We can of course minimize impacts on time by grouping the design reviews so that people can join in the review call for the areas in which they have most interest (and staying on schedule for the benefit of such people).I agree that the team leads should be responsible for signing off the design as suitable and complete however I’d also like prior to this that the developer provides a walkthrough where any and all can make comments and ask questions in a meeting environment.The interaction is good for the design where a slightly different perspective may be given and also for general awareness where developers not necessarily working on that area can benefit. This can be expensive but well worthwhile..Paul
