[cosmos-dev] SDD Deployment Use Cases

The SDD Deployment use case page http://wiki.eclipse.org/COSMOS_Use_Cases#SDD_Deployment
has been updated to point to a condensed set of use cases. There are four
main use cases, each with alternate or error flows. It's been cut down
from 54 to 16 pages. 
The SDD team should review these use
cases and be ready to discuss them at next Thursday's weekly call. We should
go through the alternate flows and decide which ones we should cover within
the scope of the project. Some have already been eliminated but others
do belong.
