[cosmos-dev] build status

I have tested build COSMOS-1.0.0-200804171657.  I still cannot finish the
end-to-end scenario.  The problem I have include not being able to to run
the command line client, and some UI functions are giving me exceptions.

The overall directory structure of the demo zip is good, only with minor
problems.  The SDK contains some plugins that can be removed from the zip
file.  I will provide the list to the build team.

With the latest build, run the configDemo program in cosmos-demo\bin to
install and configure the web services.

On Friday, we need to get a build that runs the end-to-end.  We need JT to
help with the command line client, and Sheldon with UI.  I will write the
demo instruction on http://wiki.eclipse.org/COSMOS_DEMO_i10.
