I would also like to request approval

to be included in COSMOS i5 build.   DOJO widget timeouts are set
too low

manifest itself, and how will users of COSMOS/ consuming products be affected
if the defect is not fixed?
This is a regression problem as a result of upgrading to DOJO 0.9.  If
the ui web requests exceed 5 seconds no content is shown in the ui.  The
user is left with a blank page.

2. Is there a work-around? If so, why do you believe the work-around is
insufficient?
No. 

3. Is this a regression or API breakage? Explain.
No

4. Does this require new API?
No.

5. Who performed the code review?
To be determined.

6. Is there a test case attached to the bugzilla record?
No the existing test cases cover this problem.

7. What is the risk associated with this fix?
Low.  Remove the time out values.  I have a patch in hand.

8. Is this fix related to any standards that COSMOS adheres to? If so,
who has validated that the fix continues to adhere to the standard?
No.

Resource Modeling requests a rebuild due to a fix for https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=200056
.   

It's possible there will be another fix submitted later as well - I'm trying
to determine why schematron related validation is failing in the build
workspace, but not in my development workspace.
