Resource Modeling requests a rebuild
due to a fix for https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=200056 .
 

It's possible there will be another
fix submitted later as well - I'm trying to determine why schematron related
validation is failing in the build workspace, but not in my development
workspace.
