   I use Eclipse 2.1.3. Tried to install CME feature updates
and got the following error:

Unable to access "http://download.eclipse.org/technology/cme/update".
   Unable to access Site stream: 
"http://download.eclipse.org/technology/cme/update" 
[http://download.eclipse.org/technology/cme/update]
   Unable to access Site stream: 
"http://download.eclipse.org/technology/cme/update/site.xml"
[http://download.eclipse.org/technology/cme/update/site.xml]

Please advise on how I could get CME installed.
