Hello,
  I use Eclipse 2.1.3. Tried to install CME feature updates
and got the following error:

Unable to access "http://download.eclipse.org/technology/cme/update";.

Unable to access Site stream:"http://download.eclipse.org/technology/cme/update";[http://download.eclipse.org/technology/cme/update]Unable to access Site stream:"http://download.eclipse.org/technology/cme/update/site.xml";[http://download.eclipse.org/technology/cme/update/site.xml]


Please advise on how I could get CME installed.
