[cdt-dev] New "Add Event Breakpoint..." dialog with DSF

Hi,

Recently I discovered that in CDT8.1 it is not possible to specify the 
event type when adding an event breakpoint for the debugging 
application. I can specify it when the application is not started, but 
when the debugger (DSF) is started this option is hidden. It was 
possible in CDT 8.0, so is it a known problem or should I report a bug? 
Search in bugzilla gives me #375207 which could be somehow connected 
with the problem, but I am not sure about it.

Environment: Eclipse 3.8, CDT 8.1, platform: Ubuntu 12.04 (32-bit).
