Hi Ken,

You are the assignee of the mentioned bug so I adress my question to you 
(cdt-debug-inbox@xxxxxxxxxxx is not available for me).

I am currently facing the same problem as described in the bug in my 
installation of a third party Eclipse CDT installation (LPCXpresso). 
Since I do not see a bugfix from their side I want to ask if it was 
possible to fix the bug my own. My issue is that I am not familiar with 
building Eclipse plugins.

Can you give me a hint how I can workaround the problem or fix the 
plugin with the mentioned bugfix?
