I tried headless build  from fresh workspace checked out from hudson, it 
has not compiled anything and said build success

however,  I tried it from an existing workspace and it worked.

/PACKAGES/ECLIPSE/eclipse/eclipse -nosplash  -application 
org.eclipse.cdt.managedbuilder.core.headlessbuild  -build all -data 
/nfs/solaris/AFFAIRES_ECLIPSE/ROBOMAC/PWE/production_tf_v1_steph 
-nosplash  -application 
org.eclipse.cdt.managedbuilder.core.headlessbuild  -build all -data 
/nfs/solaris/AFFAIRES_ECLIPSE

what can be the problem ?.?
