[cdt-dev] Why two plugins with same version and same name in CDT Helios

Hi,

After downloading and extracting CDT Helios from the eclipse downloads site:
http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/download.php?file=/technology/epp/downloads/release/helios/R/eclipse-cpp-helios-win32.zip

found that there are two plugins with same name and version in the plugins directory. The only difference is the build ID.

These are:

org.apache.commons.codec_1.3.0.v20100106-1700
org.apache.commons.codec_1.3.0.v20100518-1140

org.apache.commons.httpclient_3.1.0.v20080605-1935
org.apache.commons.httpclient_3.1.0.v201005080502

org.apache.commons.logging_1.0.4.v200904062259
org.apache.commons.logging_1.0.4.v201005080501

Since we are now porting our commercial IDE to Helios, was wondering if I can keep only one of the plugins for each functionality.
