Somehow EFS managed to be first on the list, so I guess that means we'd better start doing something about it. :-) I've created a wiki page to document what needs to be done here: http://wiki.eclipse.org/CDT/designs/EFS. I'll be updating this with more details as we work them out.

BTW, I’ve also created the 5.0 milestone so that you can do that J. I’ve also created the 4.0.3 milestone (end of Feb 08) to go along with the 4.0.2 (end of Nov 07).
