[cdt-dev] CDT 4.0 M7: cygwin problems with cygpath.exe and starter.exe

I have a C++ makefile project using a cross-compiler and cygwin.
Everytime I build the project and the program is linked (due to
some changes) a new "cygpath.exe" and "starter.exe" shows up in
the tasklist eating up all the resources in the end.

Anyone else having this problem?
