I have a C++ makefile project with about 20 different configurations. When building
the active build configuration the "Build Workspace" progress dialog says:

                Invoking Command: make -f Makefile.cvs ....
                Updating Project

about 20 times
                Processing discovered scanner     and
                Invoking ...

Is this the intended behaviour? IMO only the scanner of the
active build configuration should run.
