[cdt-dev] Error debugging a program

Hi 

I have did an manegedBuider with my own contructor projects. I have
follow Managed Build System Extensibility Document. All system is good
but if I'm trying to debug an application then I have a next error: 

Extension not found: 

I use CDT 2.0. What's my error? 

I would like to know How Can I get the documentation CDT (docs
classes,documentation to beginners, etc.).
