[cdt-dev] CDT Code Format UI framework

Bonjour
  Alex just finished the Code Formatting UI framework: this will
allow for the Code formatter backend(like the GNU indent contributions)
to be able to set options(like different brace position etc ..)

The UI basically look like the JDT code Formatting.

Now we are running a little late ..

Can we push this for RC1 or folks would prefer to make this
in a later version say CDT-3.1

opinions ? suggestions ? more questions ?
