M7 is also referred to as RC0, i.e. Release Candidate 0. In theory, this
could be it and we're done, unless we find bugs we need to fix of course.
If there is functionality missing that is intended for 3.0 then either
that functionality misses the boat or we push out RC0 until all features
are in.
