[cdt-dev] CDT-2.1 life cycle

Bonjour,

  Last conf. call, I suggested the possibility to have a 2.1.1,
the reactions were not very enthusiast ...
Probably, Most participants want to concentrate efforts/resources to get
CDT-3.0 ready ...

So before going to the motions of bugzilla entries, PR scrubing, build candidates etc ...,
lets make it clear there is a desire for this .. with some {+1, 0, -1} votes.

It folks would prefer we go full steam toward 3.0 that's fine, too.
