[cdt-dev] CDT 2.1 RC3 Available for testing

The RC3 build of CDT 2.1 is now available at:

        http://download.eclipse.org/tools/cdt/builds/2.1.0/RC3

There have been 229 changes. It appears most of them were to the user docs 
and about boxes. Amongst the other changes include:

Core
- Bug fixes for the parser, indexer, and pty/spawner

UI
- Bug fixes for the editor, search

Build
- Bug fixes for scanner config, managed build model

Debug/Launch
- Bug fixes for stack frames, registers, launch amongst numerous minor 
things

We are now down to 39 bugs. Great progress gang!
