[cdt-dev] New Branch for AST Work

Hey gang,

We're about to embark on our journey towards a full AST aimed at delivery 
in CDT 3.0. To avoid contamination with 2.1 and to prevent us from messing 
everything up, we will be creating a branch to contain this work. If you 
want watch the action, we'll be on the cdt_ast2 branch starting with 
cdt.core and probably others as needed.
