Re: [cdt-dev] CDT New and Noteworthy

Thomas,

This was too funny: "Coming fresh on the heels of the bouquet of late spring flowers that is the start of the Eclipse 3.0 RC series,"

You can also add:

- Makefile-sensitive Outline view and syntax highlighting
- context-sensitive search from editor or Outline view
- Build large projects in the background.
- Search large projects in the background.
- In Managed Make projects, you can now navigate to add Include paths, Library Searchpaths, library files and object files

All together, the resulting list is not in the most sensible order, either from greatest-to-least Wow Factor, or (the less judgmental) alphabetic sort.
In any case, a Table of Contents would probably be a good idea.

The link to "CDT M9 compatible download" is broken (the href has a trailing ").

Cheers,

- Brent

[cdt-dev] CDT New and Noteworthy

Folks,

Here is a first cut at the 2.0 CDT "What's New and
Noteworthy".  This
is just the stuff I caught last night so it has some holes:

- Sean: I have little or nothing for the managed make, though
I know that there is missing stuff there.  Give me hints and
I'll go and find it.
- Mikhail: I have a couple of comments, anything additional
that you think should be added at this time?

If anyone else has other pieces they thought were overlooked,
let me know and I'll go and make sure they are captured.

Thanks,
Thomas
