[cdt-dev] Fw: [eclipse-dev] eclipse 3.0 endgame plan posted and draft plan updated

Note the change to the M9 schedule, i.e. delayed by two weeks, and the
aggressive end game plan, i.e. squeezed to still finish at the end of
June.
