[cdt-dev] Ready for 1.2.1 RC1 ?

Hey gang,

We had talked about starting the release
candidate process for 1.2.1 for around this time.  I notice that the
commits into the 1.2 branch is now at a trickle with the most recent one
going in on Thursday. Are we ready for a release candidate build?

Once we're ready, we'll give it about
a week of soak time and then go GA if no blocking bugs are found.

Thoughts, opinions?
