This looks like it's caused but a change in behaviour. I believeIBinary.getElementName() used to return the path of the element reativeto the workspace root (so it would include the project name). It lookslike the project name is not there anymore, which causes the test not tobe able to find a resource. If this was an intentional change let meknow and I can fix the test case.
